IXOM in Melbourne is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor – Operations to drive major risk programs across ANZ, with a solid focus on Major Hazard Facilities (MHFs) and regulatory submissions.
You will coach operational teams to own their risks, facilitate risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA), and contribute to Safety Cases while engaging with stakeholders to achieve robust risk controls.
This is a senior, specialist role within the Group SHE team.
