Warehouse Operative – Freezer Workplace

Join a well-known British supermarket distribution centre as a
Warehouse Operative
in a fast-paced freezer environment operating at approximately -22°C.
If you're looking for a full-time role with excellent earning potential, paid breaks, performance bonuses, and a rota planned well in advance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly
Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required
Performance bonus of £10 – £30 for achieving 100% productivity targets
60-minute paid break plus an additional 10-minute flex break
Full training provided




Fixed rota provided up to 12 months in advance
Regular overtime opportunities
Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Day shift 06:*****:00
Afternoon shift 14:*****:00
Night shift 21:*****:00 R
ota: Given 1 year in advance
Your Responsibilities
Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

Reliable and motivated individuals
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
