The Organisation
Our client is a market leading business within the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, who are looking to bring on board a Payroll Team Lead (on a permanent full time basis) who is able to manage a team and be supportive of those around them.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will include the following, however not limited to:
Hands on in assisting of the payroll end to end
Process improvements and system upgrades
Processing of different EBA's, Superannuation and Payroll tax
Consist improving of the Payroll System and management
Managing a small team of payroll officers
Payroll related queries if escalated
Dealing with queries and escalations within Payroll
The Ideal Candidate




The successful candidate will posses the following attribute, however not exclusive to:
Has had team leading experience within previous roles
Ability to run payroll end to end
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
Has implemented new systems
Has implemented new processes and written payroll procedures
Ability to deal with internal stakeholders
