Description
Put your attention to detail to work and help keep RACQ's payments running smoothly.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you'll process invoices and payments, work with teams across the business to resolve issues, and help improve the processes that support our day-to-day finance operations.

About the role
Build your experience in finance operations as part of a team focused on accuracy, efficiency and collaboration.
In this role, you will:
Process invoices and payments accurately and within agreed timeframes
Partner with internal finance teams and the broader RACQ business to support understanding of financial processes
Investigate and resolve aged payable transactions and member-impacting issues
Build and maintain strong relationships across Group Finance and frontline teams
Support process improvements and contribute to finance-related projects
The hourly rate for this role is $*****.
About you
Experience working with data or transactions, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence using systems and following structured processes
Strong communication skills with the ability to raise and escape issues where needed
