This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and accurate documentation.
As an Export Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Export Team.
You'll work closely with shipping lines, transport providers, customers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders to ensure export shipments are coordinated efficiently, and all documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating export bookings and container deliveries
Assisting with freight and logistics management across shipping and transport providers
Preparing export documentation, invoicing and goods receipts in SAP
Liaising with customers, overseas agents and shipping lines regarding documentation and shipment enquiries
Tracking deadlines and ensuring shipments are delivered on schedule
Following up customer payments and finalising export files
Providing outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working to deadlines.
You may already have experience in export operations, or you may come from a logistics, transport, or freight forwarding background and be looking to take the next step in your career.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience in shipping, freight, transport, logistics or export coordination
Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
An appreciation and understanding of different cultures, customs and international customer requirements
