Caretaker / Head of Maintenance
to join the team at Discovery Parks – Onslow.
This isn't your typical holiday park.
Alongside welcoming holidaymakers exploring the Pilbara, we provide accommodation for long-term workforce guests supporting essential regional projects.
That means a diverse guest mix, a busy environment and a maintenance role where keeping the park
safe, comfortable and running smoothly really matters

What you'll be doing:
You'll be the go-to person for maintenance across the park, staying ahead of issues and making sure our facilities and accommodation are safe, functional and well presented.
Your day could include:
Taking ownership of day-to-day and preventative maintenance across the park
Keeping guest accommodation, facilities, grounds and equipment in great condition




Prioritising maintenance requests across a busy property
Coordinating contractors and specialist trades when required
Monitoring tools, equipment and maintenance supplies
Supporting safety, compliance and preventative maintenance requirements
Working closely with park management and the wider team
What you'll bring
For this one,
previous experience as a Caretaker or in a property management role within a holiday or accommodation park environment is essential.
You'll also bring:
Strong hands-on maintenance and general repair experience
Confidence taking ownership of a property's maintenance requirements
A strong commitment to safety
The ability to work collaboratively with the wider park team
A practical, positive approach to dealing with guests and contractors
Most importantly, you're someone who
sees what needs doing and gets onto it
