Lovisa is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to help keep our global retail operations running smoothly.
You will own incidents from investigation to resolution and work across Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, Windows devices, POS systems, EFTPOS and networking.
You'll partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver lasting solutions in stores, offices and distribution centres.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, solid troubleshooting across Windows and networks, and excellent
