Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology is an established and well-respected pathology practice, offering comprehensive, high-quality pathology across NSW and north-west Victoria.
Our practice is managed by doctors for doctors and our success is driven by the innate understanding that Medical Leadership facilitates the highest standards of professional and operational excellence for the doctors and patients that we serve.
We seek an enthusiastic individual to join us on a part-time basis, supporting our vibrant Cytology Department in Macquarie Park.
You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:
Maintenance of the cytology slide filing system, including routine filing and retrieval of slides from storage for meetings etc.
Carrying out some administrative tasks, liaising with pathologists, clinicians and other laboratory personnel.
Hours are negotiable,



routinely Monday – Friday between 8am -4pm

We are looking for the following:
A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
Previous experience with filing systems and record management is desirable.
Applicants for this position must have the appropriate working rights to work in Australia and will be required to sign an acceptance that the Company may conduct a police check.
