A well-established, Good CQC-rated GP Practice in Tamworth is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly nursing team on a permanent basis.
This is a great chance for a confident Practice Nurse with
at least 2 years' experience in General Practice
who can work autonomously and bring established primary care knowledge to the role.
Day-to-day duties will include treatment room duties such as
Cytology, Immunisations, Travel Health and Long-Term Condition Reviews
.
A good understanding of long-term condition management is essential.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the nursing team, offering clinical support, guidance and mentoring to HCAs and Nursing Associates where appropriate.

Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 8am-4:30pm
