We're currently expanding and on the lookout for energetic, polished, and dependable individuals to join our high-performing customer service team.
This is a full-time role
Your Role:
Be the key point of contact for members and guests; you'll be responsible for:
Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues
Who You Are:

You're a team player who owns your role and takes pride in exceeding expectations
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded, but energy, attitude, and reliability matter most
Full-time hours (38)
Shifts will start at 4:15 am.
Weekend shifts will start from 5:30 am
