You will act as the primary liaison among CME, Manufacturing, and Blocking issue teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Quality to address mislabeling and investigations, and work with third-party fulfillers to ensure timely resolutions and transparent follow-up actions.
