About The Role
Position Title: Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Part time (20 hours)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working across The Swan Group, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and scheduling social media content across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Designing marketing materials using Canva, including social media graphics, promotional materials, signage and newsletters.
Developing creative marketing ideas and campaigns to promote our businesses, products and services.
Capturing photos and videos across our businesses to create engaging, authentic content.
Updating and maintaining business websites.
Creating email marketing, newsletters and other digital communications.
Keeping our brands consistent across different platforms and marketing materials.
Managing social media engagement and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Working with staff across the Group to gather information, share stories and identify marketing opportunities.
Delivering general marketing, promotional and administrative tasks as required.
About you
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and eager to get involved.
You don't need extensive marketing experience, but you should be comfortable using digital platforms, enjoy learning new skills, and be willing to bring fresh ideas to the table.




To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas across a range of marketing activities
Confidence using social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, with a strong eye for detail.
The ability to take photos and videos and turn them into engaging content.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a variety of marketing activities simultaneously.
A willingness to learn new programs, try new ideas and take initiative.
The ability to work independently while also collaborating with people across the Group.
A practical, can-do attitude and a willingness to get out and about across our businesses.
Previous marketing experience or formal qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
We're more interested in your creativity, initiative and willingness to learn.
