What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Learn to Swim team, you'll be helping swimmers of all skill levels feel confident and safe in the water.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering fun and engaging swimming lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
Creating a safe, supportive and positive learning environment in and around the pool
Encouraging and motivating students to reach their swimming goals
Communicating progress and achievements with parents and guardians
Following all aquatic safety guidelines and procedures
Working collaboratively with your fellow instructors and pool staff
Who We're Looking For
We're after someone who brings great energy and a genuine love for teaching!
Here's what we'd love to see in you:
A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for swimming
Great communication skills and the ability to connect with people of all ages




A willingness to learn and develop your skills as an instructor
Reliability and a strong commitment to showing up for your students
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Basic first aid knowledge is a bonus but not essential
