Senior Warehouse Administrator -
E-commerce
Lead
, based at our Australian Support Centre in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you'll take the lead on the day-to-day operation of our E-commerce team, helping ensure online orders are prioritised, fulfilled and delivered efficiently while supporting a positive, high-performing team environment.

What you'll be doing
Leading the day-to-day priorities and activities of the E-commerce team
Coordinating staffing, picking, packing and order fulfilment to achieve required turnaround times
Monitoring order volumes, aged orders and upcoming activity to ensure the right resources are in place
Supporting the training, development and performance of team members
Managing stock availability, order exceptions and e-commerce reservations
Monitoring Ship from Store orders and coordinating fulfilment or redirection when required
Ensuring quality standards and transport cut-off times are achieved
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for process improvement
Supporting broader warehouse operations when required.




What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, supporting others and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience within warehousing, e-commerce operations or a similar operational environment
The confidence and capability to lead, train and support a team
Strong organisational and prioritisation skillsA calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Great attention to detail and a strong customer focus
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
Experience in e-commerce operational task management, jewellery supply chain, or relevant Supply Chain, Logistics or Inventory Management qualifications would be advantageous.
