Responsibility:
Clinical Education & Customer Support
Deliver clinical education programs, workshops and product training.
Support product implementations, evaluations and customer onboarding activities.
Provide ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals and customers.
Develop educational resources and training materials that promote best-practice product utilisation.
Clinical Sales Support & Business Growth
Partner with Territory Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve growth objectives.
Support customer evaluations, clinical trials and product conversion projects.
Present clinical evidence and product benefits to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Assist with tender submissions, value propositions and strategic customer opportunities.
Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with clinicians, nurse educators, department managers and procurement stakeholders.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical champions.
Gather customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Product & Portfolio Support
Contribute to product launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
Monitor market trends,



emerging clinical practices and competitor activity.
Support forecasting, business planning and marketing activities.
Work closely with local and global teams to help shape future product strategies.
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, Clinical Practice, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or Healthcare Management will be highly regarded.
Experience in Critical Care, ICU, Renal, Acute Care or a related clinical specialty.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence and build credibility with healthcare professionals.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Australia and Recent Zealand.
Desirable
Experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical or healthcare services industries.
Exposure to product management, commercial sales support or tender processes.
Experience engaging with KOLs and supporting strategic healthcare projects.
