About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Local Community Lead to join our team at Coffs Harbour.
In this role, you'll lead a geographically based community team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and accountable.
You'll balance customer experience, team engagement, and performance while shaping local solutions that respond to the needs of your community.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll coach, remove barriers and help your team focus on what matters most — delivering trusted, personalised support to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Create a positive, inclusive team workplace where people feel connected, supported and motivated
Coach and develop team members, helping them build confidence, capability and ownership
Use local insights and feedback to improve how customers experience Medibank
Balance service delivery and growth across in-store, phone and digital channels

Represent Medibank in the community and strengthen local relationships and partnerships

Have experience leading, coaching or supporting others — formally or informally
