You will lead and develop a team of Health & Safety Advisors, partnering with mine leaders to strengthen risk management and implement practical safety controls.
You will drive safety system improvements, conduct risk-based audits and ensure actions are closed with leadership.
This role requires field presence and close collaboration with operations on a FIFO roster.
