About The Role
This is a hands-on Contract Administrator position with a commercially sharp Tier 3 builder that's in genuine growth mode.
You'll be working across a mix of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects up to $10M, based out of their Port Melbourne office.
You'll have real ownership over your contracts, from letting and vetting subcontractor packages through to progress claims and cash flow forecasting with the support of an experienced team around you.
What you'll be doing:
Letting, vetting, and managing subcontractor packages
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Negotiating agreements and driving win-win outcomes
Tracking project expenditure against budget
Managing progress claims, cash flow, and forecasting across your projects
About You
You're a CA with solid commercial or industrial builder experience who's ready to step into a role where you'll be trusted to deliver.
You'll bring:
2+ years' experience as a CA with a commercial or industrial Main Contractor
Confidence managing subcontractor packages and contract administration end-to-end
Solid communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
A proactive mindset, you take ownership and follow through
Must have Job pac experience!
