Key responsibilities include: drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the engineering and/or ICT fields, advising clients in relation to patent portfolio management, infringement and patentability issues & assisting in patent oppositions and/or patent litigation.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have aminimum 24 months' post-qualification experience (up to Senior Associate level)as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];
have a degree or higher qualifications [eg Masters/PHD] inmechanical engineeringor similar;
have stronganalytical+ technicalskills/knowledge;
have some hands-on experience inprosecuting/drafting patents [desirable];
have outstanding communication, time management and people interaction skills;
