The Shoreline is a luxury aged care facility and Retirement Village on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of Shoreline facilities and BN G properties, lead the maintenance and grounds team, and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality upkeep across the site.
You will manage risk, maintain logbooks, and perform basic repairs, with a hands-on, proactive approach to keeping the site secure and ready for residents each day.
