The Position Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this is a 100% account management role with no business development requirements.
You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of major freight forwarding customers, ensuring they remain informed, supported and engaged throughout the movement of their shipments.
Working closely with operations, management and customers, you will oversee day-to-day account activity, coordinate freight requirements and maintain robust client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, problem solving and managing key accounts within an international freight forwarding environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key freight forwarding customers Act as the primary day-to-day contact for major accounts Provide shipment updates and supply chain visibility Coordinate airfreight, sea freight and logistics requirements Liaise with customers,



operational teams and senior management Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information Resolve service issues and deliver proactive solutions Build long-term customer relationships and account retention Support customer onboarding and implementation activities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery About You You are an experienced freight forwarding professional who understands import/export operations and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
You thrive in fast-paced logistics environments and are confident dealing directly with customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
