We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team of production workers and loading operators.
This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while meeting daily shift targets.
Key Requirements: Current Forklift Licence (required) Overhead Crane experience (desirable) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Manufacturing or production background Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Key Responsibilities: Lead and support production team members Coordinate daily production, loading, and distribution activities Maintain safety and quality standards Conduct pre-start safety briefings Liaise with supervisors and report operational issues Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers,
