About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee electrical installations on an office fit-out project in Bendigo, initially for 6 months, ensuring all work is completed to high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
Reporting to the
Project Manager and General Manager
, some of your responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and direction to site crews and subcontractors
Planning and managing daily work tasks across multiple work fronts
Performing electrical and fault-finding work as required
Managing onsite HSEQ requirements and ensuring safety compliance
Overseeing daily construction procedures in line with industry regulations, standards and codes




Liaising with the Project Manager and General Manager to keep the project on time and on budget
Identifying and implementing process improvements to lift productivity and quality
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Current
A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
Proven experience in
commercial construction and office fit-out projects
(essential)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and project fronts
Strong understanding of electrical standards, regulations and codes
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach
Self-motivation, initiative and a proactive work ethic
A commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
