The District Manager (DM) plays a pivotal role in this mission.
As the senior operational leader of a cluster of cities, this role ensures that every city in their district runs to the highest standards of customer service, fleet readiness, safety, and profitability.
This role serves as the critical bridge between field execution and company-wide strategy, shaping performance, enabling growth, and driving success across multiple markets.
ROLE OVERVIEW The District Manager is responsible for the overall performance, financial health,



and operational execution of a district comprising multiple cities.
This includes: Leading enforce corrective plans.
Ensure consistent service rituals, skilled communication, and quality checks across all cities.
Ensure escalations are resolved quickly and professionally.
People Leadership, Coaching additional languages are a plus.
