They are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team, helping customers bring their renovation and home improvement projects to life.
About the role This is a consultative sales role where you'll build relationships, understand customer needs and recommend the right flooring solutions.
Whether you're experienced in flooring, home improvement, window furnishings or another solution-based retail environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while being rewarded for your performance.
As Sales Consultant, you will: Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to sale Guide customers through flooring and home improvement solutions Build genuine relationships that lead to repeat and referral business Prepare quotes and manage customer projects through to completion Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared sales goals Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge Follow up enquiries and maximise every sales chance Contribute to a positive, supportive and customer-focused culture What you'll bring Previous experience in consultative retail or showroom sales Experience within flooring, home improvement, interiors,



building materials or window furnishings will be highly regarded A genuine passion for customer service and relationship building Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A desire to build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding results What's in it for you?
