Their manufacturing site is based in Cheltenham VIC **** and seeking Butcher / Meat Processor (Kitchen Hand) with experience but not essential.
Primary Purpose of the Role: You will be in charge of preparing and processing biltong and other minor goods and products.
Key Accountabilities Preparation and processing of meat and other products as per production requirements Operate plant equipment and machinery in an efficient hygienic and safe manner Maintain hygiene requirements of processing areas and ensure ongoing cleanliness of the facility Understand the HACCP Program including company quality policy, quality objects, quality procedures, and work instructions Adhere to health and safety procedures within the premises Maintain a secure and clean work environment Other ad-hoc duties as required Skills Enthusiastic and approachable personality Ability to work under pressure and plan personal workload effectively Attention to detail Adherence to work health and safe Qualifications
