AWS is seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join Israel Sales Strategy and Operations team.
This role will be responsible for supporting the operations and rhythm of the business activities like business reviews, pipeline and forecast.
Providing reporting and insights.
Managing sales planning which include territory formations, quota and account movements.
The role works closely with Sales managers as well as Sales Strategy & Operations leaders, and is analytical in nature and require a person willing to "role up their sleeves" to solve revenue routing issues and re-route accounts to the right owner.
Work with AWS business leaders to define and answer key business questions, then work backwards to deliver meaningful insights to streamline the decision making process.
The successful candidate will be a rapid learner, proactive, detailed, structured and motivated person with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
You should be passionate about creating simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems while setting high standards.
Your deep operational and analytical skills, and focus on our core operational inputs will make you a critical partner to sales and sales operations leaders as you help them prioritize initiatives, identify gaps in process and performance, and remove barriers to execution.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong AI experience, who is used to building tools and agents to automate processes.
Key job responsibilities
Manage key sales support systems and processes required to meet the growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
Partner closely with the Sales Operations Leads to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them
Manage territories, accounts, revenue flow,



and quota for the sales teams
Develop relationships and work with sales, regional sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
Operate as the local focal point for the company's account management roles (including revenue routing, segmentation, exceptions, etc.)
Prepare ad hoc analysis
participate in strategic projects
Create metrics, processes and mechanisms
Own the quantitative performance analysis of our sales team, to improve Sales Excellence and productivity
Use AI tools to automate sales operations processes
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience using ERP/CRM/Commission software, and various data warehouse systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in accounting with accruals and receivables
Experience working in a sales or sales support role
Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
Experience working within a high-growth technology company
