Uniting Vic.Tas in Horsham is hiring Orange Door Practitioners to support children, young people and families across the Wimmera with a focus on safety and wellbeing.
Two permanent roles are available, offering full-time or ******* FTE arrangements within the SCHADS Level 5 framework.
You'll work with families to identify needs, assess risks, and coordinate access to services with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Training, supervision and adaptable arrangements are provided.
