About the company
Our client is a newly formed Territory Government division that leads digital transformation across government.
It is shaping a Whole of Government ERP Program that will modernise finance and corporate systems across multiple agencies.
About the role
This is a senior advisory role, not a delivery role.
You will give the SRO and Program Board independent advice and honest challenge on strategy, governance, risk and benefits, at a stage where early decisions will shape the program for years.
Duties
Advise the SRO and Program Board on ERP strategy
Challenge program assumptions, plans and business cases
Assess delivery readiness at key investment gates
Identify strategic risks and recommend mitigations
Guide benefits realisation and operating model change
Skills & experience
Senior leadership of large-scale ERP transformation programs
Executive advisory, board or steering committee experience
Strong ERP governance, assurance and risk management
SAP, Oracle, Workday, TechnologyOne, Dynamics or similar
Public sector or whole-of-government experience highly regarded
