We're looking for an Administration Manager to provide support across aportfolio of shopping centres in South Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
This is a hybrid role withflexible working arrangements and can be based out of Mudgeeraba ShoppingCentre.
You'll work closely with two Centre Managers and help keep day-to-dayproperty administration running smoothly across the portfolio.
There is no receptionor regular site-travel requirement.
What you'll do
Manage arrears administration andfollow up outstanding items.
Raise retailer charges accuratelyand on time.
Process supplier invoices throughthe relevant systems.
Collect and record salesinformation.
Complete receipting and supportreconciliation activities.
Respond to retailers queries byemail and follow through to resolution.
What you'll bring
Experience in administration,ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environment.
Robust attention to detail andconfidence working with financial and administrative processes.
The ability to manage competingpriorities across multiple locations.
Clear, professional written andverbal communication skills.
