What You'll Do
Conduct
comprehensive OT assessments
inclients' homes.
Develop and implement
individualised treatmentplans
that promote independence and safety.
Prescribe and coordinate
equipment and homemodifications
to enhance daily living.
Collaborate with families, care partners, and healthprofessionals to achieve the best outcomes.
Educate clients and carers on strategies to reduce risksand improve quality of life.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
and
current AHPRA registration
.
Demonstrated
post-graduate experience
asan Occupational Therapist, preferably within Community AgedCare (HCP, SAH), with sound knowledge of occupational therapyassessment, intervention, equipment prescription, andclient-centred care practices.
Strong knowledge of
Aged Care QualityStandards
and
Consumer DirectedCare
.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and timemanagement skills.
Current




First Aid Certificate
,
Driver's Licence
, reliable vehicle, and
NDIS Worker Screening Check
.
