Civium Facilities Management is seeking a Senior Building Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Canberra's premier mixed-use residential communities. You will oversee building operations, defects management, safety compliance and report on maintenance and projects.
You will be the in office leader, coordinating with residents, Owners Corporation representatives, contractors and senior stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service and presentation.
