NORWEST PETROLEUM PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated
Retail Manager
to join our retail supermarket business in Collarenebri, NSW.
The successful applicant will oversee the store's day-to-day operations, supervise staff, maintain stock levels, ensure excellent customer service, and support efficient, profitable business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily retail store operations
Supervise, train and coordinate retail staff
Monitor stock levels and organise purchasing and replenishment
Maintain appropriate product displays and merchandising standards
Monitor sales performance, pricing and store expenses
Ensure high standards of customer service
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints
Maintain workplace health, safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with rostering,



staff performance and operational planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant retail requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum
1 year of relevant retail management or supervisory experience
Diploma of Business, Management or a related qualification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational and staff management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy retail environment
