About the Role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated Day Stay Unit at Warrnambool Campus.
This permanent part-time opportunity (40 hours per fortnight) offers the chance to work across a diverse range of day procedures and infusions, delivering high quality, patient centred care in a supportive and cooperative environment.
With a roster primarily Monday to Friday and only occasional Saturday shifts, this role offers a great opportunity to enjoy a rewarding nursing career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, with no night duty or on call requirements.
Our Day Stay Unit comprises 15 beds and 5 chairs, providing care to patients throughout their short-stay journey.

What you bring We are looking for a Registered Nurse who: Holds current registration with AHPRA.
Has relevant clinical nursing experience and strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with patients, families and colleagues.
Has well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Shows initiative, flexibility and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Has experience in surgical or day procedure settings (highly regarded, but not essential).
