The Role: At The Townsville Store pick up travel must-haves, local souvenirs, and in-flight snacks all in one place.
The Townsville Store offers a handy selection of convenience items, drinks, magazines, and gift ideas – perfect for a quick shop before boarding.
We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Townsville Airport .

*Store operates 4:45am-10:00pm *Flexible availability across the 7 days AM/PM highly regarded!
What You'll Do: ✅ Deliver outstanding customer service expert product recommendations ✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing qualified training ✅ Keep the store looking vibrant well-stocked ✅ Process transactions smoothly efficiently ✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner What We're Looking For: ✅ Passion for customer service sales ✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude ✅ Well-groomed professionally presented ✅ Retail and sales experience is a great plus ✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends holidays)
