Position: Chef and Cook The Coffee Club, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach QLD Operated by Armaan Food Group Pty Ltd (ABN **************) under the Armaan Food Group Family Trust About the role The Coffee Club Pacific Fair is looking for a Chef and Cook to join our busy kiosk team at Pacific Fair, Broadbeach.
You'll prepare fresh, quality food for a high-volume café environment and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Location: Kiosk 15, Pacific Fair, 2-32 Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach QLD **** Salary: $80,000 per year Employment type: Full time Duties and responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards and portion specifications Oversee daily kitchen preparation, stock levels and ordering Maintain high standards of food safety,



hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety regulations Plan and supervise kitchen staff during service, including training and rostering support Monitor food costs, minimise wastage and assist with menu development Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver quick, consistent service Requirements Relevant trade qualification or equivalent commercial kitchen experience Previous experience in a fast-paced café or quick-service kitchen Current food safety certification (or willingness to obtain it) Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills Right to work in Australia How to apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter to ****** .
