Overview of our role Own the health, governance and continuous improvement of a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform.
As the ServiceNow Platform Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across platform operations, upgrades, integrations, CMDB governance and lifecycle management, ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned to business needs.
Working closely with stakeholders, architects, developers and vendors, you'll drive platform strategy, manage technical risk and help deliver reliable, high-quality Enterprise Services across the organisation.
