Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager with trust accounting experience to step into a standalone role managing a small residential portfolio primarily across Adelaide's southern suburbs. This is an opportunity for a confident and capable Property Manager who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a high-performing team environment.
Working from a up-to-date office in Adelaide's south, you'll be the dedicated residential expert within a successful business that is investing heavily in the continued growth of its residential offering.
The Opportunity
Manage a small portfolio
End-to-end property management responsibilities
Trust accounting duties
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and leasing coordination as required
Manage maintenance and arrears
Handle emergency management responsibilities when required
Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll

About You To be successful, you will bring:
Previous end-to-end residential property management experience
Strong knowledge of trust accounting
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current Property Management registration/licensing requirements for South Australia
Current driver's licence
