The Role:
Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and routine inspections.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiations.
Handle arrears, tribunal matters and general tenancy enquiries.
Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
Provide landlords with regular updates and exceptional customer service.
About You:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
Solid understanding of NSW tenancy legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident handling maintenance, difficult conversations and tenancy matters.
Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously.
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
