Warehouse / Forklift & Delivery Driver (Full-time)
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse work, forklift operation and local deliveries in a small truck. You will also handle customer phone calls, quoting and order processing.
Key responsibilities
Operating forklift to load/unload materials and manage stock in the yard
Driving a small truck to deliver materials to customers across Melbourne
Answering company phone calls and providing accurate quotes to customers
Filling out and processing orders
General warehouse duties (picking, packing, organising stock, maintaining a clean and safe yard)
Delivering excellent customer service both on the phone and face-to-face
About you
Full Australian driver's licence
Current forklift licence (LF)
Positive English communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
Able to work full-time hours (typical yard hours around 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday)
Chinese speaking and listening skills – highly regarded
Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, landscaping supplies or trade-related environments – highly regarded
Familiarity with Melbourne Eastern suburbs roads – highly regarded
