Rustica Brighton is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Café Allrounder to join our team, on either a part-time or full-time basis. If you're confident behind the espresso machine, comfortable across all sections of a busy café, and genuinely love hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Barista experience essential: confident on espresso, skilled in milk texturing, and able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee
Comfortable working across all areas of the café: front of house, table service, food prep, and coffee
Customer-focused: friendly, welcoming, and skilled with every guest
Operationally aware: understands stock rotation,



cleanliness standards, and daily café workflows
Reliable and adaptable: thrives under pressure and happy to step in wherever needed
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Weekend availability (essential)
