Building + Pest Inspector - Geelong/Lara
About the role
Our client is expanding their Victorian team and looking for a full-time Building & Pest Inspector to cover Geelong, Lara and surrounding areas. You'll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections, identifying defects and safety risks and delivering clear reports that support property transactions.

Duties
Conduct pre-purchase building and pest inspections across Geelong/Lara and surrounds
Identify structural defects, compliance issues and safety risks
Inspect subfloors, roof cavities and external roofing areas
Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
Provide professional advice to clients




Skills & Experience
Must be a licensed builder
Completed Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM**** & CPPUPM****), or willingness to complete the course. This must be completed before commencing the role
Experience in building and/or pest inspections
Strong attention to detail and high-quality reporting skills
Police clearance and a valid driver's licence
