We're looking for someone with 2+ years of agency experience managing Google Ads for multiple local lead-gen clients (service-based businesses, not e-commerce), ideally with Meta Ads exposure as well.

The Role: Google Ads Account Manager




You'll be the lead strategist managing a multi-client portfolio of auto repair and automotive service businesses, running Google Ads and (bonus) Meta Ads campaigns, driving results, and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Run weekly Zoom calls with clients to review performance and plan growth
Translate campaign data into clear business outcomes (AOV, LTV, ROI)
Proactively optimize campaigns to improve results
Collaborate in daily huddles to share insights and solve problems
Act as a true growth partner, not just a media buyer
First 4-6 weeks will focus on training, onboarding, and mastering our systems so you're ready to lead new client accounts as they roll in.
2+ years agency experience managing Google Ads for multiple local lead-gen clients simultaneously (service businesses, home services, trades, auto, medical, legal, etc)
Lead‐gen Google Ads is a must. E-commerce-only experience is not a fit.
The mechanics (Search, call tracking, form submissions, local targeting) are very different from Shopping and product-feed optimisation
Meta Ads experience is a strong bonus (campaigns run, budgets managed, platform understood)
Experience in auto repair, automotive service, or any local service business is a plus
Based in Australia, Southeast Asia,



or South Africa (for time zone alignment)
Available full-time, exclusively (no freelance clients, side agency work, or own business on the side)
Native-level written and spoken English
