Valuemanagementassociatedwithmechanicalservices
Benchmarkinganalysisassociatedwithmechanicalservices
Postcontractservices,includingassessmentofprogressclaimsandassessmentof contractvariations.

Indepthunderstandingofalltypesofdesignprinciplesandsolutionsinbuildingsincludingpractical siteknowledge
Abilitytocompleteestimatesbasedonincompletedesigndocumentation
Theabilitytoworkautonomouslyaswellaspartofaprojectteam
Excellentcommunicationskillsandanabilitytoestablishandmaintainstrongworkingrelationships
