Aspect Personnel is seeking a Leading Hand at Campbellfield, Melbourne region to lead a small packaging team across one bottling line and one canning line. You'll report to the Packaging Line Supervisor and bring beverage manufacturing know-how to ensure production targets are met with high quality and safety.
This hands-on role requires CIP, start-ups, changeovers and troubleshooting, with responsibility for mentoring, QA checks and accurate production records.
