Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Pharmacist for Mt Barker to provide a broad range of professional and clinical pharmacy services, optimise medication therapy and support safe patient transitions across Mt Barker Hospital and spoke sites.
The role is a temporary part-time position (0.6 FTE) based in Adelaide Hills with both in office and remote service delivery. Applicants must hold Australian pharmacist registration (AHPRA) and demonstrate collaboration with healthcare teams.
