About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead regional operations, working closely with Branch Managers, Central Support Staff, and our customers.
Main Responsibilities
Driving Branch performance and profitability
Leading strategic business development initiatives
Managing regional budgets and financial targets
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
Building solid relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards
Championing company values and behaviours in everything you do
