The Deputy MedicalDirector is a senior clinical leadership positionprovidingclinical leadership and supervision to ensure highqualityand culturallyresponsivecomprehensive primary healthcare toremoteclients.
You will leadCongress' remoteGP workforce,GPeducation and GP Registrarsupervision,as well as shaping clinicalpoliciesandprocedures.

Provision of remote Aboriginal health care
Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams
Current AHPRA registration
Effective managerial experience
RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship
Commitment to integrating cultural responsiveness and safety in clinical practice

Since that time, Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health service in the Northern Territory, providing a comprehensive,holisticand culturally responsive primary health care service to Aboriginal people living in Alice Springs and nearby remote communities.
