Your Responsibilities
Conducting daily surveillance on customer accounts, evaluating risk and recommending hold restrictions
Identifying daily payment dishonours, contacting customers and securing robust replacement commitments
Calculating monthly default, stock check and surveillance fees, maintaining clear workpapers and liaising with Finance
Monitoring outstanding curtailment balances and assessing restructure proposals for decision
Tracking sold assets, verifying purchaser information and recovering expected proceeds to mitigate out of trust risk
Identifying high risk accounts, suspected unauthorised activity or potential fraud and escalating promptly




Collaborating with sales teams to review aged assets and implement documented exit strategies
Assessing financial assistance applications, identifying risks and structuring workable customer arrangements
About You
Proven experience in collections, asset finance, floorplan finance, credit administration or customer account management
Strong telephone and written negotiation capability with confidence handling difficult conversations
Sound numerical capability and reconciliation skills, alongside intermediate to advanced Excel capability
Demonstrated ability to detect deteriorating account behaviour and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Desirable background in arrears management, customer hardship or commercial debt restructuring
