We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys solving complex people challenges, coaching managers and improving HR standards across a growing nursery group. This is an chance to play a key role in shaping our HR function while working alongside a dedicated Head Office team.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, probation and performance management
Conduct workplace investigations and prepare recommendations
Lead HR compliance audits across multiple nursery locations
Review HR policies and recommend continuous improvements
Support managers with complex employee matters and organizational change
Monitor Right to Work,



DBS and sponsorship compliance
Prepare HR risk reports and compliance reports for senior management
Analyze employee feedback, exit interviews and HR trends to support business improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 4 years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases
Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience advising managers on employee relations matters
Experience conducting HR investigations and compliance audits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
The right to work in the UK
Desirable
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
Experience within childcare, education, healthcare or another regulated sector
Experience with Skilled Worker sponsorships and Home Office compliance
